The Windsor Downtown Mission’s Board members are dedicated volunteers who provide vital leadership and are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Downtown Mission. They graciously offer their expertise, their community connections and their passion to make a real difference for the homeless, hungry and hurting of Essex County.

Together they provide strategic leadership to the organization, community and local organizations who are involved with dealing with homelessness issues and its many facets. They do this daily with compassion and with faith.
The Windsor Downtown Mission has been blessed over the years with dedicated staff and strong leadership at both the Board level and in its Administration. Our current staff consists of 6 full time, 15 part time and 5 casual employees, as well as over 150 active and very dedicated volunteers.
